Meetings, Agendas and Minutes
Anyone wishing to agenda a meeting item should contact the Clerk at: Heydour.clerk@outlook.com no later than one week before each meeting.
You are very welcome to come along and contribute/comment on agenda items. Non agenda items can usually be discussed at the start of the meeting in the public forum, however these items can not be voted on or added to the agenda and are for information only.
Clerks Notes are taken at every meeting and are ratified as Minutes at the following meeting (normally within 2 months). Clerks Notes are published within one month of each meeting - the Clerk is happy to answer any queries - please email as above.
Clerks Notes are a summary of proceedings at each parish council meeting and not a verbatim record of discussion. They will contain a record of all decisions made by the parish council.
The Clerks Notes are subject to change at any time prior to approval at the next parish council meeting when they will be renamed Minutes.
Scheduled meetings usually take place every two months, normally the second Tuesday of the month at 7pm, although this may change from time to time. Ad hoc meetings, usually associated with planning applications are called as necessary.
