1. To receive Declarations of Pecuniary or Non-Pecuniary Interest.
2. To receive and accept Apologies for Absence.
3. To approve the clerk's notes for the meeting held on 10th September 2025 and for the chair to sign.

f) To review and consider approval of bank reconciliation and for the Chair to sign.
5. Clerk's Report. To receive updates between meetings.
6. To discuss the registration of the land owned by the Millennium Green that they have given to the Council for the playground.
7. To consider the Emergency Plan that has been put forward to the Lincolnshire Resilience Forum.
8. To consider and adopt the IT policy, as required for Assertion 10.
9. To approve the clerk’s request to attend the Clerk’s Networking Day on the 20th November at a cost of £25.00
10. To consider sharing the cost of the Routine Inspectors Course on the 24th June 2026 with examination at a cost of £260 + vat.
11. To discuss the maintenance of the bus shelters and the need of painting.
12. To discuss and comment on the budget for the next financial year, 2026-27.
