COUNCIL SESSION
1. To receive Declarations of Pecuniary or Non-Pecuniary Interest.
2. To receive and accept Apologies for Absence.
3. To approve the clerk's notes for the meeting held on 14th May 2025 and for the chair to sign.
4. To declare eligibility and adoption of the General Power of Competence (compliant with the Localism Act 2011 and the Parish Councils (General Power of Competence) (Prescribed Conditions Order 2012. CiLCA obtained 30/6/25.

7. Clerk's Report. To receive updates between meetings, including management of Oasby Beck, and to receive an update on Aisby sewerage system.
8.To consider and accept the Policies & Procedures List and accept the following policies:
a) Freedom of Information requests
b) Equality Policy
c) Disciplinary Policy
d) Grievance Policy
9.To consider donating the community cleaner grant money to Heydour Parish Millennium Green for the services of litter picking within the Parish.
